Active Student Participation in Whole-School Interventions in Secondary School. A Systematic Literature Review

چکیده

Abstract This review presents a reasoned synthesis of whole-school interventions seeking to improve the overall school environment by fostering active student participation (ASP) in activities and decision-making processes. The aims are describe selected programs, assess their methodological quality, analyze soliciting ASP. Among 205 publications initially provided literature search academic databases PsycINFO Education Research Complete, 22 reports met inclusion criteria presenting that solicit ASP secondary schools, were thus included review. Such referred 13 different whose implemented distinguished on 5-point scale levels, ranging from Very high , when students involved role, low passive recipients content adults. contributes proposing an organizing structure based levels ASP, which provides clarity common ground for future studies participation. Overall, in-depth description offers framework researchers practitioners planning aimed at improving learning contributing meaningfully far-reaching goal encouraging life.
